Task includes:
Keeping count of what goes in and out of the cellar fridge, presenting a report every 3 months.
Ordering drinks at (for example) Cheers To You, receiving delivery, and presenting the empty bottles for pick-up
Keeping track of the bar finances in cooperation with the Economics department. I see three options: have a cash box, have a QR code, or have a tally system on the fridge door.
Keeping an eye out for special offers, coming up with a Drink of the Month, listening to people's requests
Making sure the bar is always clean by (1) checking whether people leave it clean, and (2) giving it a proper scrub from time to time.
In winter time: make sure that the "waterholes" in the cellar floor don't overflow.
