In 2024, the total rent is €3559.44 per month. There is no rent deposit. Rent is collected by Michiel on the house account IBAN BE67 9734 4475 0387. The total monthly rent is automatically paid to the owners' bank account IBAN BE42 1431 1628 8654, two days before the start of the month.

Rooms differ, so rent differs.

• Torenkamertje: EUR 328.25

• Serenade: EUR 446.21

• Poppenkast: EUR 446.21

• Mansarde: EUR 497.50

Rent is indexed every year. Original rent of January 2023 was EUR 3425.

*This price was lowered from 420 to 370 euros in August 2023 because of the noisy conditions of the Wachtkamer.
** Michiel does, however, pay EUR 736 per month to cover the additional mortgage cost. Also: de Praktijk is to some extent a second living room.
