• The tap in the kitchen sink is detachable for easy cleaning

• There is a water well in the garden, next to the metal staircase

• The garden has a hidden door, between the pond and de Tuinkamer

• The upright piano in Michiel's room is available for anyone to play on

• There are a couple of holes in the cellar floor that occasionally need to be emptied in winter time

• Marihuana is a gateway drug

• You mustn't forget to shut off the garden toilet and its water tap when it's freezing! As a matter of fact, it's probably best to just shut it off for the entire winter.

• There is a very dodgy looking big metal safe, all the way in the back of the cellar storage room. Nazi gold, anyone?

• It's best to download really heavy files outside Telenet peak hours. Peak hours are from 17h00 until midnight.

• All our water is automatically softened (descaled) in the tech cellar before running out of our taps. The machine that provides this, does need a salt crystal refill from time to time, though!

• Obtaining domicile has multiple advantages. One is that water is reduced in cost significantly. Every additional domicile means we have an additional 30 cubic meters of water at half price.
