Whenever someone moves out (or sublets their room for a substantial period of time), one or more "hospiteeravonden" need to be organised. The responsibility of organising these, lies with the person who moves out. More information can be found on the Drive.
Tasks include:
Making a qualitative social media post
Inviting a selection of people
Organising the practical and financial side of transferring the room
Important questions to ask prospective tenants
Are they aware of the price and the energy costs?
Are they aware of the sporadic party going on in the house and can they handle the noise?
Are they not highly allergic to cats?
Will they register their home here?
Have they lived with many people before?
